QT4-40 Semi-Automatic Block Machine
The QT4-40 is the most affordable block machine in our range and the most popular entry point for new African brick factory owners. It is hand operated for material feeding and stacking, with electric vibration for compaction — simple to run, easy to maintain, and proven across thousands of sites in Nigeria, Ghana and Cameroon.

Why the QT4-40 Works
The QTJ4-40 is one of our best-selling models, designed for first-time brick factory owners. It runs on a heavy-duty 350-type reducer, and all rotating parts have been upgraded to bearing-grade components. The frame is built from 5 mm thick national-standard square steel with a wear-resistant inner liner. Four guide columns lock the mould in exact position, extending mould life and keeping block dimensions consistent.
Two 2.2 kW lower vibrators work with a 3 kW upper vibrator to deliver 8 – 10 MPa compaction pressure on hollow blocks and 10 – 12 MPa on solid bricks. By changing the mould, the same machine produces hollow blocks, solid bricks, pavers, grass-planting bricks, slope-protection bricks, kerb stones and floor slabs.

The QT4-40 standard package (main machine + JQ 500 mixer + 1 spare mould set) fits in a 20 GP container. We ship via Hapag-Lloyd, Maersk, or COSCO depending on your destination port. Door-to-door CIF quotes for Lagos, Tema, Mombasa, Durban and Dar es Salaam are available on request.
